Subscription Plan, refund and cancellation policy
There will be no refund of amount once the payment is received.
In addition to being able to buy things through the Website, you may also subscribe to certain contents. Users will be able to buy the contents on a monthly or weekly subscription basis, or per chapter, or in any other way determined by us and announced to you from time to time (the "Subscription"). When you purchase a Subscription ("Transaction"), we may request additional information pertinent to your Transaction, such as your debit or credit card number, the expiration date of your debit or credit card, or bank account information and your billing and delivery address(es) ("Payment Information"). You represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method(s) reflected by such Payment Information. You will be provided with the amounts due and payable by you for a Transaction prior to placing your order. If you choose to initiate a Transaction, you consent and authorise us to provide your Payment Information to third-party service providers for the completion of the Transaction, and you further agree to (a) pay the applicable fees and any taxes thereon; (b) bear any additional costs, charges, and expenses (including fees and taxes thereon) that your bank or other financial service providers may levy in relation to the Transaction; and (c) permit us to charge your debit or credit card for the applicable amount. After confirming the payment for your purchase, you will get a confirmation email. We are not bound by your order until we accept and confirm it. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise specified in these terms.
For monthly or biweekly subscriptions, or as per our payment cycle, all funds are due and charged at the start of the subscription. Each of these subscriptions renews automatically for a time equal to the remaining subscription term unless you cancel using the Payment Information you supplied. You must cancel your monthly or fortnightly Subscription before it renews in order to prevent being charged for the next payment cycle. You may cancel your membership at any moment by emailing us at support@alchesc.com You will not get a refund for the subscription costs you have already paid, but you will continue to receive the purchased services until the conclusion of your current membership term. We are under no duty to notify you before invoicing you for payments associated with your Subscription. You may see information about your subscriptions under "My Account" on the website. In the event of a product modification request, you must notify us at support@alchesc.com at least five (five) working days prior to the following payment cycle. The billing amount may vary if the product plan is modified.
